We offer a variety of programs for students of different skill levels.
Martial arts for children ages 4-6. Students learn Taekwondo basics such as stances, kicks, blocks and strikes, as well as self-defense. Tigers also follow a curriculum that teaches life skills (respect, self-control, cooperation) and safety skills (stranger awareness, traffic and weather safety, nutrition, etc.).
Family classes are for children and adults. This allows families to train together. We also offer Adult classes for 13 and older.
Open to all students 12 and older and all parents of students, free of charge.
Personal Training and Private Lessons
Personal training for fitness and private lessons in martial arts are also available for a reasonable fee. Contact us for more information.
